The Roger Williams located in midtown Manhattan, which had once been an SRO and then repurposed as a hotel, was without distinction until it was transformed by a renovation that turned this unique property into a stylish boutique hotel with a feeling of a private club. Every guestroom is different so casegoods were totally customized for each individual room. This created a built in feeling and appearance and thereby maximized the size of the rooms. The corridors, Lobby, and Bistro were also included in the project.
