The design challenge for this lovely condominium apartment were unrelenting two hundred and fifty feet long apartment corridors with minimal lighting. The Owners wanted a light and contemporary product to enhance the resale value of the apartments. WLI designed custom carpeting and lighting for the property, painted the ceilings with a light blue paint, and broke up the corridor length with tile inserts and custom consoles at the elevator lobbies. As an added bonus, the carpet was manufactured to be pet friendly and cleanable, an important feature for the many owners who have dogs.
