This stunning property located along the Chicago River consists of 339 guest rooms and suites and two floors of Spa rooms that have all been recently renovated. The public areas consists of magnificent meeting and ballroom spaces, a Mezzanine Bar, a four star restaurant, and a world class Spa. WLI provided product development for custom furniture, procured all FF&E and OS&E, and arranged for the installation and warehousing for the hotel. The savings made for the project exceeded $5,000,000 against the approved budget.
